Hi everyone! As you know, I’ve not been feeling myself over the last few weeks and because of feeling that way, I’ve not been up to blogging at all really. After writing my last post I have been feeling a good bit better, even if everything isn’t 100% or resolved, but I feel like I can write again. I’ve got loads of blogs to write and publish over the next few weeks, mostly reviews of the products from the goody bags we received at the Deise Bloggers event last month and I’m going to start with my skincare one today.
A couple of weeks ago, I was lucky enough to be sent the Dual Facial Cleansing & Exfoliation Pad from Glove Your Body. You may remember from my review on the Bondi Sands Tan & Glove Your Body Mitts post, how much I loved their tanning glove and exfoliation mitt which I had purchased in Mulligans Pharmacy a couple of months ago. When I was contacted to try their latest product out, I couldn’t wait and have been using it for the last couple of weeks. Continue reading to find out what I thought of it!
So guys, it’s time for another post on how I’m getting on at personal training but this week, I feel like I’ve nothing strange, startling or exciting to report. All went well at the gym this week and I was down another couple of pounds but other than that, I’ve nothing else to say. So, instead of skipping this week’s blog post on how I’m getting on, I’m going to write about how I feel like I’ve changed something over the last month because of my new attitude towards things. If you’re interested in finding how I’m feeling, keep reading!
Happy Saturday, readers! I hope you’ve all had a fantastic week and are enjoying the weekend so far. Here I am with my fourth instalment of how I’m getting on in Russell Fitness and I guess you can probably tell from my happy little greeting there, I’m in a lot better form than my previous post. Before I head straight into how the week went, I’m going to tell you a funny story about a life lesson that I learned this week for those who haven’t seen it on The Ciara Chronicles Facebook page. Enjoy! Continue reading
You may have seen on my Facebook page that I got HD Brows done by the wonderful Maria in Aura recently. I’ve been going to Aura for as long as I can remember and Maria even did my tan, nails and make-up for the first Debutante Ball I went to back in 2009. I also completed my work experience there back in 2013 when I was studying Beauty Therapy. I think it’s clear to see that I just won’t go anywhere else for my beauty treatments, even though I’m qualified in the majority of them myself. It’s just always nicer to get your treatments done by somebody else!
As a stereotypical Irish girl, you know with the fair hair, blue eyes, freckly skin and pale complexion, I’m always on the lookout for a new tan. Even as a young teenager (during the Irish Dancing days), I was always trying out different tans but back then, tanning wipes or spray mists seemed to be the thing that we would use. Nowadays, we are pretty lucky as we’ve got everything from spray mists, gels, lotions or mousses which can be applied as an instant or building up to a gradual, natural tan. Continue reading
After Christmas, I went on a little make-up shopping spree and bought some of the products that I’ve been wanting to try out for a while. Over the next few weeks, I will be posting one review per week telling you how I feel about what I’ve ordered. First up is the Illamasqua Skin Base Foundation.
