This is what my life has become. Applying for this, applying for that and applying for whatever will take me. Why? Because I cannot do what I’m currently doing for much longer. The excruciating feeling of waking up every morning knowing that you’ve got to walk in there for another day, put your headset on, adjust your microphone and say for the first of many times during that nine-hour shift, “You’re through to Ciara in Waterford. How can I help you today?” in your most pleasant tone.
It’s been over two months since I started my personal training sessions with Russell Fitness and honestly, I have no idea where the time has gone! I’ve had my ups and downs in the past couple of weeks as we all know, but each time I picked myself up and got back on the horse again. In these past few weeks, I’ve also had a couple of revelations which I believe are things that people need to be aware of when starting on a healthy eating/losing weight/fitness journey, and that’s what today’s blog post is going to be about!
It has now been a week since I’ve started the blog and I seriously cannot believe the positive reaction it has gotten from everyone. This blog is an incentive to do something to help improve my lifestyle and become a healthier and better person both inside and out. After just one week, the change has begun. I have been in a much happier place, waking up positive every morning and just ready to face the day. I don’t remember the last time I felt this way so I would just like to say a huge thank you to everybody who’s taken time out their lives to read what I’ve got to say. *air hugs*
